Refund policy

We want you to love your CR Threads piece! If it’s not quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

• Please contact us at hello@crthreads.com.au before sending anything back, so we can guide you through the process

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges: If you’d like a different size or style, let us know at hello@crthreads.com.au and we’ll sort out the swap, subject to availability.
